I find the most beautiful and joyful things in life are often pretty simple. I am a husband to the most amazing wife. I am musician, fly-fisherman, and love to have friends over for dinner. I have the best job in the world and would be honored to be part of your wedding day.

Hi, I’m Charles. I am a Montana wedding photographer based in Bozeman MT. I will never forget the first time I saw Montana. I was 5 years old on a road trip and my heart was immediately captured by its immense beauty. In 2013 I moved to Montana to attend Montana State University and in 2017 I graduated from MSU’s School of Film and Photography.
Before starting my own business, I worked for various nonprofits and had the privilege of creating images all over the world.
In 2019 I began specializing in weddings because I truly believe in the philosophy “do one thing and do it crazy well.”
In 2020, I married my amazing wife Delaney, COVID happened, messing up our wedding and my business. However, there was a silver lining in all of this. We ended up having a more intimate wedding without all the pressure and this gave me an opportunity to reassess everything in my business for when I restarted it in 2021.
In 2022 Charles Moll Photography won the Knot’s Best of Weddings and Wedding Wire’s Couples Choice Award.
In 2023 I was blown away when I was nominated for Bozeman’s Choice wedding and portrait photographer and ended up winning 3rd place! Since then I have won other awards, but as grateful as I am to be able to do what I love and have people notice, that isn’t what matters.
In 2024 we won Bozeman’s #1 Photographer.
