The Grand Ballroom

Located on the second floor, the grand ballroom boasts maple hardwood floors, large arched windows for beautiful natural light photographs, and original accents that make the Baxter Hotel unique. The Grand Ballroom is an excellent choice for rehearsal dinners, weddings ceremonies, or receptions.

Featuring many of the same characteristics of the Grand Ballroom, the Main Ballroom is the best option for smaller wedding receptions and ceremonies

The Petite Ballroom

This is the smallest Ballroom option at the Baxter Hotel. While it may not be the best for most weddings, it is a good option for small reception dinners or engagement parties.

 The Wilson Suite

Wanting to get ready at the Baxter? A stroll down one of the original hallways of the building will lead you to a room overlooking Main Street with A/V equipment, great natural and overhead lighting, air conditioning, and a private sitting room and restroom. The Willson Suite would be the ideal venue for your group. The rental includes several amenities designed to make planning your event with us simple and stress-free.
