Local History
This Belgrade wedding venue is run by a local family, the Hamiltons. Partners Doug and Mary have spent many years preserving the site’s stunning natural beauty. The recent landscaping and water feature construction have been part of their mission to maintain the gorgeous site. They are some of the kindest people I have ever met and couples consistently rave about them.
Venue Features
Set in the center of the Ponds at Dry Creek, the “Big Top” pavilion offers a covered outdoor space to host your ceremony. This 2,400 square foot shelter is strung with stunning, simple light fixtures, illuminating your big moment with grace. The delicate scene easily complements any wedding theme and provides an intimate, loving air. Next to the pavilion is a 1,100 square foot deck, lined with quality wood. This space will be yours to use as you see fit; either as a dance floor, uncovered ceremony area, or anything else you can think of. For a fully outdoor wedding, there are many water features dotting the grounds that make a gorgeous ceremony backdrop.
Also on-site, perfect for preparation, are separate preparation centers for the bride and groom. These facilities provide comfortable, spacious spaces for each side of the couple to get ready for their big moment, in the company of their loved ones and friends. Each center is roomy enough to easily fit wedding parties, parents, friends, and other important people. In addition to dressing areas and restrooms, these spaces also have rooms for lounging and bonding before the ceremony.
Perfect for those staying for a weekend are the three furnished cabins on the venue grounds. These cabins, delightfully decorated with rustic charm, provide space for a small party to stay for the weekend package. Couples can also take advantage of them to get a head start on their honeymoon!
Amenities and Accommodations
The Ponds at Dry Creek provides enough accommodations for 100+ guests, with space for more if additional seating is brought. In addition to the stunning site features, they also offer these amenities to guests:
- 100 chairs and 10 benches for seating
- 20 folding tables
- 2 rolling coolers
- Picnic tables
- Fire pits with provided wood
- Bathroom facilities
Additionally, the staff on-site collaborates with local vendors to ensure smooth planning for all the services your wedding will need. There are a variety of savory catering options, bakeries, DJs, and bands the venue has arranged to have available for events on campus. All the vendors are quality, local teams that know the venue well.

Weekend package:
- Includes three days of access – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Cost: $5,500
- Refundable cleaning and damage deposits also required
Weekday package:
- Includes one day of access during the week – 8 A.M. to 11 P.M.
- Cost: $3,000
- Refundable cleaning and damage deposit also required
Special May and October rental package:
- Identical to the Weekend Package, with a special pricing deal
- Cost: $4,200
- Refundable cleaning and damage deposits also required
