Mike And Laurie Luxury Montana VRBO Wedding at BeeHive Basin

Mike and Laurie are one of the most exceptional couples I’ve ever worked with. Both were
getting married for the second time. They found so many ways to make their Montana VRBO wedding day heartfelt, meaningful, and so unique to them. Mike and Laurie rented a stunning, hand-crafted log home, through VRBO in Big Sky, Montana, with views of Beehive Basin and Lone Peak. “Montana Luxury” at its finest! Their small and intimate ceremony was held right on one of its decks with one of the most beautiful mountainous backdrops I have ever seen. The reception would follow with various indoor and
outdoor activities that included Laurie’s favorite, dancing. What made their special day so intimate was that they invited only their grown children who served as bridesmaids and groomsmen. (Their own “in-house” wedding party). Laurie is Mom to all daughters and Mike is Dad to all sons. And you could see that they all get along very well, to boot. In fact, one of Laurie’s daughters dated one of Mike’s sons.
None of Mike and Laurie’s parents could attend the celebration in person, however, Laurie’s 92-year-old Dad who is her hero, was able to give Laurie away virtually, via Teams. Her Dad was also able to attend the wedding and reception via Zoom. A very good friend of Mike and Laurie’s, from Arizona, who is also a Pastor, presided over the wedding. Mike and Laurie hired a Chef to cook dinner for everyone right there at the Airbnb. The food was incredible! All these personal touches added to the intimacy and really
reflected Mike and Laurie’s personalities. This is a couple to be admired and that you are glad
you know. Even Mike and Laurie’s choice of attire carried off a “Montana Elegance” and “Classiness”
that flowed with the setting. The men wore blue jeans with navy blue jackets that complimented
the navy blue bridesmaids’ dresses, perfectly. The tasteful Western Boots that were worn, never
go out of style and pulled this look together, while at the same time, projecting tradition and
confidence, so characteristic of Mike and Laurie.
