The Baxter features 2 different Wedding venues depending on the aesthetic you are going for. The Baxter Downtown & The Baxter Ranch.

Baxter Hotel Downtown Bozeman

The Baxter Hotel’s downtown Bozeman venue offers a variety of different spaces with included amenities and services. Every space in the hotel is full of elegance, charm, and a rich history. One of the best aspects of the Baxter is it’s proximity to downtown. Whether you are having your ceremony at one of Bozeman’s many historic downtown churches or want to hit up the Bozeman nightlife, this venue is for you.

The Grand Ballroom

Located on the second floor, the grand ballroom boasts maple hardwood floors, large arched windows for beautiful natural light photographs, and original accents that make the Baxter Hotel unique. The Grand Ballroom is an excellent choice for rehearsal dinners, weddings ceremonies, or receptions.

The Pettit Ballroom

This is the smallest Ballroom option at the Baxter Hotel. While it may not be the best for most weddings, it is a good option for small reception dinners or engagement parties.

 The Wilson Suite & The East Suite

Wanting to get ready to get ready at the baxter? Then be sure to rent out these 2 rooms also located on the Mezzanine level. Located on either side of the ballroom, they allow the bride and groom to get ready in a stress free fashion.

The Baxter Ranch

Located 15 minutes from Downtown Bozeman the Baxter Ranch boasts a beautiful 270-acre property. This includes views of the Bridger Mountains. This working ranch is only available for a handful of weddings per year, making it a truly unforgettable and one of a kind experience!
