Under the Montana Pines
There is something inherently magical about a wedding at The Woodlands at Cottonwood Canyon. Tucked away in the timber just outside of Bozeman, it’s a place where the air is a little crisper and the moments feel a little more intimate. For Dena and Thaddeus, this setting was the perfect backdrop for a day rooted in family, tradition, and plenty of dancing.
The day was a beautiful blend of personal touches—from the wild, organic floral textures provided by Rathvinden (which the couple beautifully DIY’d) to deeply meaningful Jewish traditions like the breaking of the glass and a high-energy Hora. While the “chairs in the air” moments were a highlight, the quiet details were just as powerful, like the front-row chair honoring Dena’s mother.
From the first look among the firs to golden hour portraits and a night of celebration fueled by Above and Beyond Entertainment, it was a joy to document the candids, the laughter, and the “just married” glow of this incredible couple.
