Sky Ridge Ranch is designed to accommodate weddings of various sizes, with flexible spaces to suit your vision. The barn provides 4,800 square feet of indoor space featuring rustic beams and reclaimed wood, creating a warm and inviting environment. Outside, the venue offers 2,900 square feet of covered porches for shaded or weather-protected areas.
Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering of 30 or a celebration of up to 350, the ranch has the room for it. Package pricing is built around 50 to 150 guests, and larger counts get quoted separately.

- A full-sized kitchen and prep area with an industrial refrigerator, chest freezer, oven, stove range, and dishwashing station gives your caterer everything they need.
- A private bride’s room with its own bathroom and a full-length mirror and an elegant groom’s room make preparations seamless.
- Additional features include an outdoor firepit with stone seating and the charming vintage 1942 Dodge truck, “Pearl,” perfect for unique photo opportunities.
The property runs to 100 acres. Walking paths thread the aspen grove, Crow Creek carries water year round, and two islands are linked by bridges and a boardwalk. There is parking for hundreds of guests. Every corner of it gives you a backdrop, whether for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or portraits.
Transparent Pricing with Customizable Options
Sky Ridge Ranch offers flexible pricing packages to meet your specific needs:
- Weekend, Friday and Saturday: $9,500 to $10,250
- Single day Sunday: $6,500 to $7,250
- Midweek, Monday through Thursday: $6,500 to $7,250
- Midweek Deluxe: $10,800, capped at 160 guests
- Weekend Deluxe: $14,000, capped at 160 guests
Peak season runs June through October. April and May are off season and price lower, so a late spring date is worth asking about if the budget is tight.
Each package includes full venue access, setup and cleanup services, a dance floor, and all necessary tables, chairs, flatware, and glassware. Firewood for the outdoor firepit is included too. One thing to budget for: that setup and cleanup covers the venue’s own tables, chairs and dance floor, but day of table busing and dish washing are not included. On site staff to handle it runs $300.

The practical rules worth knowing
These are the details that shape a timeline and a budget, and they are easier to hear now than after you have fallen for the place.
- Beer and wine only, no hard liquor. You bring the alcohol, but a certified bartender has to serve it and liquor liability has to appear on your insurance certificate. This is a Sky Ridge policy rather than state law, so do not assume a full bar is negotiable.
- Event insurance is required, a $1,000,000 policy listing Sky Ridge Ranch and Traci Johnson as certificate holder.
- Music shuts down at 10:30 PM. The event is done by 10:45 and guests are off the property by 11. Cars can stay overnight, which makes the rule easier to live with.
- Deposits: $2,500 non refundable to hold the date, the balance due 30 days out, plus a $400 refundable damage deposit and a card on file.
- It is a working ranch with livestock and water on the property, so children need supervising. No smoking inside the buildings, no fireworks, and sparklers only with the owners’ permission.
