Haily and Matt chose to celebrate their wedding in one of their favorite places—Bozeman, Montana—so they could share the beauty of the mountains with the people they love most. With many friends and family traveling in, they wanted the weekend to feel like more than just a wedding. Their vision was simple and fun: an adult summer camp where everyone could relax, connect, and fully enjoy their time together.
Hardscrabble Ranch was the perfect setting, offering wide-open views, onsite accommodations, and a laid-back atmosphere that let the day unfold naturally. Haily and Matt shared a first look before spending the afternoon exploring the property for portraits, taking in the quiet moments together before the celebration began.
Their ceremony overlooked sweeping Montana scenery, followed by cocktails, dinner, and a lively reception filled with laughter and candid moments. Personal touches throughout the day reflected their personalities—from signature drinks (an Old Fashioned for Haily and a tequila-and-Corona combo for Matt) to playful “beer boys” instead of flower girls. As the sun set behind the mountains, guests gathered for a sparkler send-off that ended the night on a joyful, unforgettable note.
More than anything, the day was about connection—bringing their people together in a beautiful place and creating memories that felt genuine, relaxed, and full of joy.
